From Merritt Parkway South (Exit 10, old Exit 35)

• Take Exit 10 (old Exit 35) for High Ridge Road / CT‑137.

• At the end of the ramp, turn right onto High Ridge Road (CT‑137 South) toward Stamford.

• Continue on High Ridge Road and almost immediately pass 1200 High Ridge Road on your right.

• Just past the building, turn right onto Dunn Road, then take an immediate right into the parking lot.

From Merritt Parkway North (Exit 10, old Exit 35)

• Take Exit 10 (old Exit 35) for High Ridge Road / CT‑137.

• At the end of the ramp, turn left onto High Ridge Road (CT‑137 South) toward Stamford.

• Continue on High Ridge Road and almost immediately pass 1200 High Ridge Road on your right.

• Just past the building, turn right onto Dunn Road, then an immediate right into the parking lot.

From I-95 South

• From I‑95 South, take Exit 7 toward CT‑137 N / Atlantic Street.

• At the end of the exit ramp, go to the 2nd traffic light and turn right onto Atlantic Street toward the business district.

• Continue north on Atlantic Street, which becomes Bedford Street at the Ferguson Library and McDonald’s.

• Follow Bedford Street (one‑way) and bear right at the multi‑street Y onto High Ridge Road (Route 137).

• Continue north on High Ridge Road for about 4–5 miles. 

• Turn Left onto Dunn Road just before 1200 High Ridge Road. Then turn Right into the parking lot.

From I-95 North

• From I‑95 North, take Exit 8 (Atlantic Street).

• At the end of the exit ramp, turn left at the traffic light onto Atlantic Street and go under the overpass.

• Head north on Atlantic Street toward the Stamford business district; Atlantic then becomes Bedford Street at the Ferguson Library and McDonald’s.

• Continue on Bedford Street (one‑way) and bear right at the multi‑street Y onto High Ridge Road (Route 137).

• Go north on High Ridge Road for about 4–5 miles.

• Turn Left onto Dunn Road just before 1200 High Ridge Road. Then turn Right into the parking lot.
